We take quality control seriously. All fresh items are hand-picked on the day of delivery from our temperature-controlled warehouse and transported in specialized refrigerated vehicles to maintain the cold chain until they reach your doorstep.
What are your delivery hours and coverage areas?
BMD Mobile Grocery currently delivers 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We serve most metropolitan areas; you can check if we deliver to your specific zip code by entering it at the top of our homepage.
What is your policy on missing or damaged items?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item is missing from your order or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum order value for free delivery?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over $75. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
During checkout, you can choose to allow substitutions. If enabled, our shoppers will select the closest alternative. If you opt-out of substitutions, we will simply remove the item from your bill and notify you via email.
